Your Sisterlocks™/Interlock retighten rate is based on a strict schedule of 4-6 weeks. Every week over client’s regular schedule will incur an additional cost of $25.00 per week. Please note that the longer client’s go between appointments the more work it will take to retighten your hair. Future appointments should be made at the end of your session to keep within your scheduled cycle. Client will receive a confirmation text within 24 hours of appointment as a courtesy.

Please arrive for all retighten appointments with recently washed hair. Client’s hair must have been washed within 24 hours of your appointment. HAIR MUST BE CLEAN TO BE RETIGHTENED. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Please be on time for all appointments. A 15 minute grace period is given. 20 minutes or more will result in a $10 fee if you are late and do not call or text to let me know. If client need to cancel an appointment client must give 24 hour notice. Failure to do so will result in a $20.00 cancellation fee accessed on client’s next appointment. Also note that if a slot is not available within the client’s retighten schedule, client will be responsible for any additional fees incurred.​

All new Sisterlocks™/ Interlock new clients must book and attend a client consultation before receiving any services. The consultation fee of $35.00 is non-refundable and is applied toward the cost of services booked within 60 days.

A regular appointment schedule is necessary to maintain a client’s locks and the consultant is not liable for the condition of the client’s locks if you miss scheduled appointments. Frequent cancellations, no-shows or non-compliance of the maintenance instructions given to the client by the consultant may result in the client being release from my services.

$100.00 Deposits to book installation date is required and is non-refundable.

Hair’s What I Do reserves the right to take photographs/ video of our work for advertising or promotional use. Photos may be used for subsequent years. (No monetary consideration shall be paid.)
